Ice Cream Heaven

Locally produced, Cheshire Farm’s award-winning real dairy ice cream is made using the finest fresh whole milk and cream, and now you can enojy it right here in Hoylake, Wirral at at the Spotty Blue Teapot!

The whole process, from the cows being milked to ice cream production, is done at the farm near Tattenhall. This means that fresh whole milk from the cows is transformed into ice cream in less than 24 hours - super fresh!

The milk, together with its ingredients, is pasteurized at 67°C for half an hour before it is homogenized, not only to ensure that it's free from harmful bacteria, but also to give it the smoothest possible consistency. The ice cream is frozen overnight in a blast freezer, then it's ready to go!

We offer a feast of flavours and a variety of cones to take out, or be tempted by our own eat-in creations such as spectacular Spotty Blue sundaes and banana splits...
